ZamurAI Privacy Notice
At Radar (as this term is defined below) we are concerned about your privacy and keeping safe the personal information you share with us. We protect your personal data in compliance with the provisions of the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data in Possession of Individuals (the "Law").
Radar App, S.A.P.I. de C.V. ("Radar"), with address at Av. Patriotismo 12, number 301, Colonia Hipodromo, Alcaldía Cuauhtémoc, C.P. 06100, Mexico City, is directly responsible for the brand called ZAMURAI for the collection, use, and protection of personal data of our clients, potential clients, suppliers, and any persons who may have any interest in our services (the "Interested Party"), in compliance with the principles of legality, quality, consent, information, purpose, loyalty, proportionality, and responsibility.
The Interested Party accepts and acknowledges that, by the simple fact of using: (i) the services, software, and/or application, (ii) sending information to ZAMURAI, (iii) as well as visiting our website at https://radarappsecurity.com/es/ (collectively, the "Platform"), it will be understood that they agree with the terms and conditions of this privacy notice.
I. Purpose
Radar and/or ZAMURAI may collect your personal data solely and exclusively for the following:
- a. Collection of scientific information for statistical, marketing, and prospecting studies and/or analyses, subject to an anonymization process to ensure that such information can be analyzed in a way that does not identify the Interested Party;
- b. Support and maintenance;
- c. Information and provision of services;
- d. Database updates;
- e. Any analogous or compatible purpose with the above; and
- f. Compliance with obligations under the Law or any other provisions, and obligations that Radar may assume towards the Interested Party.
II. Data
To carry out the purposes mentioned in section I above, Radar and/or ZAMURAI may collect personal data, which may include, but is not limited to, the following:
General and/or patrimonial Personal Data: Name, address, email address, date and place of birth, nationality, gender, fixed and/or mobile phone numbers, marital status, geolocation, Federal Taxpayer Registry, Unique Population Registry Key, and data of the same nature and exclusively under this category.
Sensitive Data: Biometric data consisting of facial image.
The personal data that Radar and/or ZAMURAI may collect include, but are not limited to, the following:
- a. Full name;
- b. Company Name or Business Name;
- c. Gender;
- d. Nationality;
- e. Email address;
- f. Address;
- g. Phone numbers;
- h. Federal Taxpayer Registry;
- i. Bank account information;
- j. Tax information;
- k. Financial information.
The personal data of third parties that the Interested Party provides to Radar and/or ZAMURAI will be processed in accordance with the provisions of this document, assuming that the Interested Party has authorization from the data owners for disclosure.
The personal data collected by Radar and/or ZAMURAI will not be shared or transferred to any third party, except in the following cases: (i) when there is express prior written consent from the Interested Party, or (ii) when required by competent authorities.
III. Cookies
Radar uses cookies, web beacons, and other tracking technologies to monitor user behavior, improve service, and enhance user experience. The user can delete these technologies through their browser settings.
Personal data is stored and processed on devices, including unique identifiers, standard device information, precise geographical location data, and identification through device characteristics, all with user permission. Some processing may not require consent, but the user always has the right to refuse.
Data Transfer
Personal data may be transferred to various entities such as subsidiary companies, affiliates, commercial allies, assigned personnel, officials, and partners with whom Radar has common business, both nationally and internationally, for the stated purposes.
Specifically, data may be transmitted to:
- (i) Legal, accounting, and/or tax advisors.
- (ii) Public or private financial institutions.
- (iii) The Mexican Social Security Institute (IMSS) and the National Housing Fund for Workers (INFONAVIT).
- (iv) Insurance companies.
- (v) Administration of corporate offices for vehicle access.
- (vi) Any other public or private entity necessary to fulfill the purposes for which the Interested Party contacted ZAMURAI.
All these entities are obligated to maintain the confidentiality of the information and not use it in any way other than what is established in the privacy notice. Radar and/or ZAMURAI are not responsible for how these third parties use the transferred data.
IV. ARCO Rights
As the owner of personal data, the Interested Party has the right to access, rectify, cancel, or oppose the processing of their data, or to revoke the consent previously given to Radar and/or ZAMURAI for data processing.
To exercise these rights, the Interested Party must submit a written request to the legal department of Radar and/or ZAMURAI via email to legal@radarapp.com.mx.
The request must include the following information:
- a. Full name of the Interested Party, and if applicable, of their legal representative.
- b. Email address for notifications.
- c. A simple copy of the Interested Party's official identification, and if applicable, that of their legal representative.
- d. A document proving the legal representative's authority, if applicable.
- e. An express statement of the exercise of ARCO Rights to revoke consent for personal data processing.
- f. Any element or document that helps locate the Interested Party's personal data.
If the request is for rectification, the Interested Party must specify the modifications needed and provide supporting documentation.
Radar and/or ZAMURAI will respond to the request within a maximum of 10 business days from receipt, with the response sent electronically to the email address provided in the request.

V. Modifications
Radar and/or ZAMURAI are authorized to change, modify, add, or delete in whole or in part this privacy notice. In such case, Radar and/or ZAMURAI will inform that such modifications will be made through email, the designated means for such purpose.
VI. Authorities
If the Interested Party considers that their right to personal data protection has been violated or infringed by Radar and/or ZAMURAI or presumes that in the processing of the same there is some violation of the provisions provided for in the Law, they may file their complaint or claim before the National Institute of Transparency, Access to Information and Protection of Personal Data (INAI), through their website www.ifai.mx.
